Anyway, now that 2020 and is coming to an end and we are getting closer to celebrating christmas and of course all the preparations that comes with this time of year,  I thought it would be a good time to pull this crafty project from the Facebook group and pop it in here.

Merry Christmas in July.

There is some lovely Projects and Tutorials Coming from the other DT Members: Melanie, Michelle, Kate and myself. Ok! lets get started. For this Tutorial i have Created 2 sets of very different Cards. One set is the  more Traditional Christmas Colours, the other set more Winter colours.

My First Set Of Cards I have used:

Kaisercraft Peppermint Kisses Paper Pad and Die-Cut Ephemera.
Dina Wakley Gloss Spray Magenta
Gold Paint
Red Cardstock and White Cardstock
Foam Mounting Tape
Gold Ribbon
Elizabeth Craft Design Joyful Wishes Stamp Set
 Christmas Embossing Folders
Step 1: Cut White Cardstock 5″x 10″ or (13cm x 25.5cm) and fold   in half.
Step 2: Emboss white cardstock with various Christmas Embossing Folders.

Step 3: Cut these into pieces of various sizes for each card and tape onto Red Cardstock , then cut out a border outline.
Step 4: Cut Patterned Papers to 4.5″ x 4.5″ or ( 11.5 x 11.5 cm) and tape to red cardstock, then cut out a border outline.
Step 5: Tape the embossed white piece to the pattern paper piece and stick to the front of the card.
Step 6: Splatter Dina Wakley Gloss Spray and Gold Paint over  the background for lovely splatters.
Step 7:  I have outlined my  Die-Cuts  with a black Sharpie.
Step 8: Tape gold ribbon to a die-cut border shape.
Step 9: Finish the card  by sticking down the embellishments. Some pieces have been foam mounted to give dimension to the card. I don’t like to make them  too high so the card will fit nicely into an envelope.

For My Second Set Of Cards I have Used:

Kaisercraft Let It Snow Paper Pad and Die-Cut Ephemera. Elizabeth Craft Designs Joyful Wishes Stamp Set. Silver Ribbon. Dina Wakley Gloss Spray Turquoise. Tim Holtz Christmas Vintage Postcards Ephemera. Foam Mounting Tape. Turquoise Cardstock. White Cardstock. Christmas Embossing Folders.

Step 1: Cut white cardstock 5″ x 10″ and fold.
Step2: Cut Embossed White cardstock to various sizes and stick to turquoise cardstock, cut out a border outline.
Step3: Re-peat with Postcard and a Piece of Patterned Paper.

Step4: Stick embossed piece and pattern paper piece to the front of the card.
Step 5: Splatter Silver Paint and Dina Wakley Turquoise Gloss Spray over the background.

Step 6: Stick down your embellishments and sentiments using foam mounting tape on some pieces.
